Even though Imager and SD Card Copier both recognize it as before. However, file manager does not list the Kingston A400. So I re-inserted the Micro SD and rebooted successfully from the MicroSD. However, boot screen said no boot device. Then removed the MicroSD and attempted to reboot from Kingston A400 to which Card Copier had said it had copied the bootable MicroSD partition I ran sudo raspi-config and changed the boot order to USB first. I was able to copy my MicroSD boot partition to the Kingston.
